Return & Cancellation Policy for Ace Vanity-
PRE-CONDITION-
Products must be used within their intended design specifications. Use with oversized or incompatible items is considered misuse and is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
1. Return Policy
You may return the product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns: Only in Case of Defective and Damage Products. Please provide photographic evidence
of the damage.
And an opening video of the product(uncut/single shot) when reporting the issue .
- Makeup Chair ( Mild dents, that doesn’t hamper actual functionality of the product, are not subject to Return/Replacment. As it’s in the nature if raw material.

DETACHABLE LIP BAG- This organizer is designed for standard lipstick bullet sizes only. Use with oversized or extra-thick containers may affect closure and is not covered under returns or replacements.

XXXL TROLLEYS/ 3XL bagpack- MINOR JOINT DISPLACEMENTS- As the borders of the frame are glued, Sometimes, the borders of the frame do get displaced, but not necessarily hampering the functionality of the product. If the damage is so serious as to hamper the product’s utility, only then it would fall under replacement scheme.

Condition of Items: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, sale items, or opened makeup products, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for any return restrictions.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and A CREDIT VOUCHER will be issued.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
- PREPAID ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATIONS/ IF REQUESTED a voucher will be issued againts the amount of the order value
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@acevanity.in or +91 9560997224 with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- The Vendor Has exclusive right to cancel an order, without providing any explanation if the payment received is refunded immediately.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage when reporting the issue to info@acevanity.in or +91 9560997224.
